Supply Co. Outlet Store is dedicated to offering genuine Herschel Supply Co. merchandise. Our inventory is sourced through authorized liquidation and overstock channels consistent with outlet retail models. While we operate independently, we guarantee the authenticity of every item sold. Product descriptions, including specifications for the Heritage and Little America lines, are provided to the best of our knowledge; however, minor variations in color or texture may occur due to manufacturing batches or display settings.

3. Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including cancellations due to stock discrepancies, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon shipment of your order within our standard 1–3 business day window, a contract of sale is formed. We utilize a centralized fulfillment model to provide a consistent delivery estimate of 6–12 business days globally.

We offer a 60-day free return policy as a courtesy to ensure customer satisfaction. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you will first contact our support team (support@...) to resolve any issues before initiating a credit card chargeback or PayPal dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of future services and the pursuit of collection remedies.
